Today, Mayor Marathe and the Township Council would like to publicly thank:

West Windsor

Volunteer Fire Police

The West Windsor Fire Police Fire Police are volunteer fire company members who receive sworn police powers, special training, and support firefighting and other community efforts.

West Windsor Volunteer Fire Company's Fire Police established a program to deliver critical prescription medications to Township residents in cases where timely pharmacy delivery was not possible during the early stages of the pandemic.

They also coordinated logistics and transportation of raw materials and finished masks, gowns, and caps produced by the Mercer Mask Project.

Additionally, the Fire Police provided traffic control and personal assistance to the residents participating in the free COVID-19 testing and subsequent flu vaccinations in the Community Park.
