REGISTRATION DEADLINES
- Deadline for Change of Party Affiliation Declaration Forms for Primary Election to be Filed with County Commissioners of Registration – April 16, 2025.
- Last day to register to vote for the June Primary Election is May 20, 2025.
- Voter Registration Form can be obtained by calling the Township Clerks Office (609-799-2400 ext. 213) or on-line at: Voter Registration
- If you have become disabled and can no longer sign your signature when voting, please reach out to the Mercer County Superintendent of Elections Office at 609-989-6750 for further information on your voter registration.
HOW TO GET A MAIL-IN BALLOT FOR 2025 ELECTIONS:

DEADLINE FOR MAIL-IN BALLOTS:
2025 PRIMARY ELECTION
- Deadline to Apply for a Mail-In Ballot by Mail for the Primary Election is June 3, 2025.
- Deadline for In-Person Mail-In Ballot Applications for the Primary Election is June 9, 2025 by 3:00 p.m.
- Deadline for Post Office Receipt of Mail-In Ballots for the Primary Election is June 10, 2025.
- Deadline for in Person Submission of Primary Election Mail-In Ballots to County Board of Election and to authorized Ballot Drop Boxes by 8:00 p.m. Election Day.
2025 GENERAL ELECTION
- Deadline to Apply for a Mail-In Ballot by Mail for General Election is TBD.
- Deadline for In-Person Mail-In Ballot Applications for General Election is TBD.
- Deadline for Post Office Receipt of Mail-In Ballots for General Election is TBD.
- Deadline for in Person Submission of General Election Mail-In Ballots to County Boards of Election is TBD.
WAYS TO RETURN YOUR MAIL IN BALLOTS:
- Mail it at any US Post Office (must be postmarked by Election Day).
- Deliver it In-person to the County Board of Elections by 8 p.m. on Election Day at 930 Spruce Street, Lawrence Township.
- Avoid the Post Office and Deliver it to a Secure Drop Box which is picked up by Mercer County Election Officials with a Sheriff's Officer.
