Off-site Conditions

The law requires a range of off-site conditions to be reported to the Municipal Clerk of each municipality who shall make them available to the public. The Clerk’s Office has an Off-Site Conditions map available for review, and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) link shown below will provide updated reports on “Active Sites with Confirmed Contamination”; “Pending Sites with Confirmed Contamination”; and “Closed Sites with Remediated Contamination” in Mercer County/West Windsor Township.
