West Windsor Township Grease Information

The West Windsor Township Grease Control Ordinance has been written to establish uniform design, maintenance and monitoring requirements for controlling the discharge of grease from food service facilities within West Windsor that discharge into the Stony Brook Regional Sewage Authority treatment system. This ordinance went into effect on January 18, 2009.

These web pages are to assist retail food establishments as well as shopping centers and office parks in compliance with this ordinance. Applications and resources are also provided for new facilities undergoing initial design review. Information and helpful links are provided below. Information for residents is also provided since every kitchen can help solve this township-wide problem.
