MEETING ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES: 

 The Township Council meetings are  being held in the West Windsor Municipal Building. 

Township Council meetings are  through Zoom (See instructions below for current Council Meeting) and are  live streamed on YouTube.   "Live Link" https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8i0yw7Ihozymgo4N68jJdg/live.  

Zoom and YouTube are for the convenience of residents to participate and view Township Council Meetings.  If there is a technical failure for either of these applications this does not violate the Open Meetings Act and the meeting will still continue. Per Resolution 2023-03

Note: After the June 13, 2022 Township Council meeting was disrupted the Council and the Township Clerk made the following changes starting at the June 27, 2022 Council Meeting: under “Security Settings” within Zoom, profile pictures are no longer allowed.  The Clerk asks on-line participants at least twice during each public comment portion of the meeting if anyone wishes to speak to please raise their hand and the Clerk will request them to unmute themselves.  This procedure has been working since June 27, 2022.

 Agendas, minutes and video posted on the website are for information only and are not considered "Official" copies. Official copies may be obtained from the Township Clerk's Office. Minutes are only available after approval by Township Council. Please note that minutes are posted as PDF documents. If you need the Free Adobe Reader to view them click here.
