MEETING ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
The Township Council meetings are currently being held in the West Windsor Senior Center due to renovations occurring in the Municipal Building.
Township Council meetings are still available through Zoom (See instructions below for current Council Meeting) and are live streamed on YouTube. "Live Link" https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8i0yw7Ihozymgo4N68jJdg/live. Meetings will no longer be broadcast live on Comcast or Verizon due to the change in venue.
If you have any of the following symptoms we respectfully request that you not attend the meeeting: Fever (100.4) or greater; or feeling feverish; chills, coughs, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat, congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting and/or diarrhea; in the past 14 days have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or someone who experienced the above systems; traveled to an area that is subject to quarantive due to current travel guidance from the CDC; have been advised by a health official or healthcare provider to self-isloate or self-quaranting; or have tested (+) for COVID-19 or are awaiting results.
Note: After the June 13, 2022 Township Council meeting was disrupted the Council and the Township Clerk made the following changes starting at the June 27, 2022 Council Meeting: under “Security Settings” within Zoom, profile pictures are no longer allowed. The Clerk asks on-line participants at least twice during each public comment portion of the meeting if anyone wishes to speak to please raise their hand and the Clerk will request them to unmute themselves. This procedure has been working since June 27, 2022.

Agendas, minutes and video posted on the website are for information only and are not considered "Official" copies. Official copies may be obtained from the Township Clerk's Office.
