COVID-19 Update – May 6th, 2020 – Wednesday night
We reported 2 news cases while 4 additional people were cleared from isolation. That brings the total number of positive COVID-19 cases and those who are cleared to 155 and 73, respectively. It continues the trend of decreasing number of positive COVID-19 patients with symptoms in town. Mercer county is still getting good number of cases every day so we need to be vigilant.
Today is a bird night for pictures. Here is one of a Hawk who came to the Maurice Hawk school wondering where all kids had gone. COVID-19 doesn’t bother him so he wants to know what’s the big deal? Thanks to Betsy Brian for her quickness in taking the picture. The bird promised to return in the fall for the school opening.
Stay safe.
