COVID-19 Update – Monday April 27th, 2020
On this Monday we got positive results for COVID-19 tests for two individuals. This brings the total number of individuals testing positive to 137. Those cleared and out of isolation remains at 54.
Today for a change rather than posting a picture, I decided to look up “This day in history”. I found that on April 27th 1994, Nelson Mandela was elected as the President of South Africa. Our council member Michael Stevens had the honor of meeting Mr. Mandela in person. In Mandela’s honor today I post one of Mr. Stevens’ favorite Mandela quote.
