COVID-19 Update – June 17th - Wednesday

Over the last five days (Saturday through today) we had 2 new cases while we cleared 4 individuals out of isolation. Our total number of COVID-19 cases now stands at 192 out of which 118 individuals are cleared out of isolation. We have made great progress because everyone followed guidelines. We must continue to maintain social distance and wear masks when close to other individuals.

The township has arranged FREE COVID testing at the community park this Saturday (20th) and next Tuesday (23rd) between 8 a.m. and noon. You don’t need a prescription. You don’t need to have symptoms to get tested. You can choose either drive through or walk up testing. Every day we can test a maximum of 300 individuals on a first come – first served basis. I hope we exhaust all tests on both days. Getting yourself tested will give you peace of mind but will also give us a snapshot of the community at a particular point in time. I hope to see you at the park on one of those days.

Today’s picture is the flyer for testing announcement. My next update will be next Wednesday June 23rd.

Have a wonderful week and stay safe.
