COVID-19 Update – May 3rd, 2020 – Sunday night
We received two positive results for COVID-19 test today. This brings the total number of positive COVID-19 cases in WW to 152 while those cleared remain at 60.
Over the weekend I was happy to see many people outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather. The tennis courts were busy with people playing singles. Over the coming days we will slowly open as many places as I am authorized to open. Each decision is made in consultation with the health officer. Please continue to take precautions to stop the spread of infection. The faster we stop the spread the faster we can open up the rest of the economy.
I have received a number of pictures of Mercer County Park. The park is open again for individual activities. Here are three pictures from Ashwin Chaudhary and Bhavana Kas. Even the birds seem to enjoy the solitude.
