Municipal Court
West Windsor Municipal Court will be closed Friday, June 14, 2024, between the hours of 12:00 PM through 2:00 PM. No Citizen Complaints will be taken that day. If you wish to file a Citizen Complaint please respond in on Monday, June 17, 2024, after 9:00 AM. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Court Sessions are held every Wednesday at 12:45 pm. As of March 1, 2023 Court sessions will be held IN PERSON unless the court has notified you that it will be heard virtually. Be sure to read the court notice you received in the mail carefully.
Parking sessions are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 12:45 pm and require an in person appearance. If you have proof of payment for parking you must bring copies with you, as cell phones are not permitted into the court room.

Payment Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Citizens complaints are taken every day with the exception of Wednesdays.
