COVID-19 Update – September 16th, Wednesday

Over the past week we had two new cases of COVID while we cleared 7 individuals. This brings our total positive COVID cases to 234 out of which 189 are cleared out of isolation. As we continue to get a trickle of new cases the virus is still very much out there. We must follow precautions to prevent further spread of the virus.

The state has changed frequency of their calls to once per month. The number of participants on the call from three counties have dropped from over 100 to less than 20. Given the low number of cases we may go to once per month reporting after next week. Of course, if something out of the ordinary happens I will report it promptly.

Please do get a flu shot this year either from your doctor, pharmacy or one of four flu clinics arranged by the township.
