COVID-19 PUBLIC MEETING ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES AND QUESTIONNAIRE


If any member of the public plan on attending in-person any Township public meeting and/or public hearing, each person attending must read and abide by the attached meeting guidelines which are precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus causing COVID-19.  Each person must also complete the COVID-19 Questionnaire form on the day of the meeting and prior to attending.  Please print out, complete, sign and bring with you the attached COVID-19 Questionnaire on the day of the meeting. If you answer “yes” to any question on the questionnaire, you are required to refrain from attending the public meeting/hearing.

Until further notice all in-person Planning Board and Zoning Board meetings will be conducted at the West Windsor Township Senior Center’s Activities Room located on the Township municipal tract (#271 Clarksville Road). The Activities Room is cleaned prior to and immediately after each public hearing. Social distancing requirements are strictly enforced.  Chairs for attendees and board members are distanced 6’ apart.  Wearing of facial coverings is required at all times while in the meeting room. Hand sanitizer stations (total of 3) are located within the Activities Room.  A Health Questionnaire is required to be completed by each person wishing to enter the room on the day of the meeting, and submitted prior to entry into the meeting room.
