Click here for YARD DEBRIS DROP-OFF Public Works (609) 799-8370 NO SEPARATE BRUSH AND LEAF SCHEDULE Pursuant to Township Ordinance 2006-01 Article VI Section 150-26 that pertains to Yard Waste Collection, residents may only place yard waste at the curb or along the street during the seven (7) days prior to a scheduled and announced collection. All material must be at curb side by 7:00 a.m. on the first day of the collection week. No yard waste shall be placed closer than 10 feet from any storm drain outlet. Failure to adhere to the guidelines of Ordinance 2006-01 Article VI Section 150-26 could result in a penalty being imposed on the homeowner.
LEAVES, BRUSH, YARD DEBRIS INCLUDED:
Do not put brush in bags! All material must be in open cans or loose at curb between curb and sidewalk. No bagged material will be collected. Materials at curbside must not block water run-off into storm drains.
*Policies for brush and branches: All brush put out at curb must be no longer than 5 ft. in length. Branches over 4 inches in diameter must be cut down into pieces no longer than 18 inches in length. Not included: garbage, grass, soil, railroad ties, landscape timber, pressure-treated materials, concrete, bricks, tree stumps or large tree limbs, wood, construction materials, stones, plywood, 2x4s, etc.).
GRASS INCLUDED: Grass Clippings only (no twigs, soil or yard debris). SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Waste Management will collect grass with regular trash in closed plastic bags or containers. Please make sure that no yard debris is mixed in with the grass. Collectors will not pick-up under these conditions.
