~ SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS ~

All recyclables must be in official buckets and
at the curb by 7:00 a.m.
No items in plastic bags will be collected.
If collection day falls on a holiday - Collection will be the following Sunday

~ RECYCLABLE ITEMS INCLUDE ~

Glass food & beverage jars & bottles
Aluminum & metal food & beverage containers
Metal pet food cans, plastic beverage bottles
(marked with #1 on bottom)
Plastic beverage, detergent & shampoo containers
(marked with #2 on bottom)
NO OTHER #2 PLASTICS

Juice & beverage cartons, including drinking boxes
Newspapers, magazines, telephone books, catalogues,
Junk mail, computer paper, detergent boxes, dry food boxes,
Paper bags, shoe and gift boxes (liners removed)
Corrugated cardboard
(two layers of paper with ribbing between)

SINGLE STREAM · ALL RECYCLABLES MIXED TOGETHER

~ ITEMS NOT INCLUDED ~

Aluminum baking pans/aluminum foil; window glass, drinking glasses, or ceramics; pottery, dishes or broken glass; yogurt, margarine containers

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS  ~

Rinse all non-cardboard items, discard caps/lids
Cardboard may be placed out whole, collapsed,
stacked or in either container. All boxes must be empty
Large amounts of cardboard
MUST be flattened and bundled

Boxes will not be collected if they contain trash, styrofoam or
other packaging materials, or are food stained, such as pizza boxes

COMPUTER RECYCLING INCLUDES  ~

Computers, printers, monitors, scanners, modems
Computer batteries & cables
