Yellow Container
(Mandatory - or use rigid container with recycling symbol)

Glass food & beverage jars & bottles; aluminum & metal food & beverage containers; metal pet food cans; plastic beverage bottles marked with a #1 on the bottom; plastic beverage, detergent, and shampoo containers marked with a #2 on the bottom - NO OTHER #2 PLASTICS; juice & beverage cartons, including drinking boxes.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• Rinse items
• Discard caps/lids
• Not necessary to sort

Recycling will not be picked up if placed in plastic bags.

Not Included:  Aluminum baking pans/aluminum foil; window glass, drinking glasses, or ceramics; pottery, dishes or broken glass; yogurt, margarine containers.

Newspapers, magazines, telephone books, catalogues, junk mail, computer paper, detergent boxes, dry food boxes, shoe and gift boxes (liners removed), paper bags.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Items may also be bundled/tied or placed in double paper bags.

 

Corrugated Cardboard

Corrugated cardboard (two layers of paper with ribbing between).

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Place at curbside whole, collapsed, stacked or in green container. All boxes must be empty. (Boxes will not be collected if they contain trash, styrofoam or other packaging materials, or are food stained, such as pizza boxes.)
