West Windsor Township Participates in Einstein’s Alley Signage Program
Mayor Shing-Fu Hsueh is pleased to announce the installation of Einstein’s Alley signs at several key locations in West Windsor. Einstein’s Alley is a private, non-profit economic development initiative focused on Central New Jersey. The mission of this organization is to foster economic growth by attracting new technology companies to the area, retaining existing businesses, and encouraging the growth of technology-related jobs and services.
The Einstein’s Alley Program was initiated in 2003 by Congressman Rush Holt after meeting with members of the research and development, business, labor, and education communities. Congressman Holt said, “Building on our state’s research tradition is the best route for Central New Jersey to meet the economic challenges of the 21st century, and I know West Windsor can be at the center of this economic development.”
Mayor Hsueh stated, “Our participation in the Einstein’s Alley Signage Program is one more way for our community to acknowledge and celebrate our local technology companies and to invite new companies to locate or expand their business in West Windsor.” Signs will be placed where travelers enter West Windsor near the train station, and on Route One and Washington Roads.
