Princeton Area – US Route 206 Bridges over Stony Brook Closures – Thursday, July 6th

NJDOT announces the closure of the US Route 206 Bridges over Stony Brook for reconstruction beginning this Thursday, July 6th, weather permitting.  US Route 206 will be completely closed in both directions at the Stony Brook (at Quaker Road) in Princeton for the replacement of two bridges by NJDOT, weather permitting.  US Route 206 will be closed for 120 days in order to complete the construction.  During the closure NO TRAFFIC will be able to use the bridge.

Separate Detours will be posted for local traffic and for regional trucking.  Delays should be expected along the detour routes due to the increase in traffic.   Please honor all posted temporary traffic control measures for your own safety and the safety of others.
