NOTICE
Meadow Road Reconstruction and
Duck Pond Run Sewer Extension
Township of West Windsor, New Jersey

Please be advised that construction activities for this project will commence on or about JUNE 15, 2009. Star of the Sea Concrete Corp. has been contracted by the Township of West Windsor to perform the construction work for this project which will provide for:

• Realignment and widening of Meadow Road, from the existing terminus of Meadow Road at Carnegie Center Drive to a point approximately 1,000 feet south of the Bear Brook Road intersection;
• The installation of new gravity sanitary sewer trunkline, with several new service laterals, from Old Meadow Road to Clarksville Road; and
• Construction of a cul-de-sac at Old Meadow Road (south of the apartments) and conversion of the east-west leg of Old Meadow Road to a service road. 

The construction duration for this project will be approximately ten (10) months. 
Construction will be phased to close the northern and southern halves of Meadow Road in 3 separate phases.

• Phase 1- closure north of Bear Brook Road to Old Meadow Road
• Phase 2 – closure south of Bear Brook Road to Clarksville Road
• Phase 3 – closure north of Bear Brook Road to Old Meadow Road (repeat of Phase 1)

Detour routes will be posted for each phase and will be 24-hour-a-day detours.  Access for localized traffic and emergency services only will be permitted.  During Phase 2, all Estates at Princeton Junction residents will be required to utilize the Bear Brook Road entrances into the development.  Please honor all posted detour signage and routes for your own safety and the safety of others.
