PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION – FEBRUARY 5, 2008
Presidential Primary Elections for delegates and alternates to national conventions of political parties shall be held in each presidential year. (Primary Elections for the General Election will still be held each year in June.)
Only those voters who have declared themselves as Democrat or Republican may vote in the Presidential Primary Election. Newly registered voters or voters who have NEVER declared may “declare” on Election Day and then vote as a Democrat or Republican.
