JP Morgan Chase Bank is seeking relief from the Sign Ordinance for the premises located at 61 Princeton-Hightstown Road, West Windsor, NJ 08550 and designated as Block 12.04, Lot 2.  The relief in question concerns the sign package for the above referenced Chase Bank location which includes the multi-tenant sign, wall sign, lane indicator signs, direction signs and the parking signs.

The applicant is a condominium association which owns professional offices located at 12 Roszel Road.  It is seeking a waiver from Section 200-32(A)(2)(a) to replace a directory sign at the rear of the property with a sign which is more aesthetic than the prior sign; is illuminated making it easier to see in the evening; which provides additional light for safety in the rear of the building; and is part of a general plan to improve the courtyard area between the rear parking lot and the building.  The prior sign was approximately 52.9% larger in square feet than the new sign but still exceeds the current ordinance.
