Vaughn Princeton Associates L.L.C. is requesting a one (1) year extension of the final site plan for 3 Vaughn Drive, also known as Phase II of the Princeton Junction Metro Center.  3 Vaughn Drive is a three story, 97,000 square foot building on a 10 acre parcel that mirrors the 5 Vaughn Drive building.  271 parking spaces will be constructed, and another 47 parking spaces will be banked.

 

The property is part of a three-lot, 30 acre Planned Development, consisting of the Princeton Junction Metro Center Phases I-III with 270,019 square feet of approved space.  Phase I with 97.000 square feet (5 Vaughn Drive), and Phase III with 75,955 square feet (1 Vaughn Drive), have already been constructed.  The stormwater basin which serves all three sites has also been constructed.
