Scokim proposes to consolidate five residential lots within the triangle of Princeton-Hightstown Road, McGetrick Lane and Southfield Road into a Planned Neighborhood Center Zone permitting a Floor Area Ratio of 0.25 and Maximum Impervious Coverage of 75% in order to create an intensity and variety of uses (Office and Retail) that would offer public gathering space and commercial uses accessible by pedestrian and bicycle residents of a nearby residential neighborhood.
